They said that my little dog needed dental work and teeth pulled and after the procedure she wasn't able to breathe it's like she's drowning in her own stuff in in her nasal cavity and it's their fault because they did something wrong as they were pulling teeth because she wasn't like this before they are rude and they will not accept responsibility all they care about is money and not for the animal at all frankly I will never ever take an animal to that place again not even to get their nails trimmed because of the doctor there she's rude and not compassionate at all I only give one star and that is for their waiting room is nice and clean but other than that no stars

Critter Care was awesome. They were on time and very friendly and called me when the little operation was over. My little kitty is doing great. I really appreciate them!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr McFadden and her staff. Her charges were very fair to say the least. She was very attentive to us even though our bill was small and we were unlikely to be a big customer. I'm quite picky and have no complaints whatsoever.

Original 5/5 post: I took my pit bull, Onyx, here in February. He had an ear infection since I got him last year and the meds I was given for him worked a bit but then the infection always came back. The ointment I got from Critter Care worked tremendously and they gave him shots at a great value. Would highly recommend Critter Care :) Updated 2/5: Onyx's ear infection came back and I ordered more of the same medication they gave him from petmed. The website needed the vet to confirm it so I put in Critter Care since they're the vet that originally prescribed it for him. I called them to make sure they would confirm it. The lady informed me they would have to see him again. I asked why they would need to see him since anyone can obviously see he has an ear infection. She said they haven't seen him in a year so they'd have to see him again. I told them it doesn't take a specialist to confirm his ear infection is back and the medication he was prescribed worked before. She said they would still have to see him. I asked her how much it would cost. She said just to look at him it would be 50 bucks plus other costs for services performed. I said so you really wont confirm it even though he has an ear infection, I've been there before, and he needs the medication? She said not without seeing him. So I guess it's "Critter Care (If You Got Money) Animal Clinic". I ended up paying like 20 bucks for an online vet and sending them pictures of my dogs ear and they confirmed the order I placed on petmed and now his ear infection is gone. Avoid Critter Care if you can. They won't do the absolute bare minimum for you if they're not actively and repeatedly getting paid.
