In all three interactions that I have had with this business owner he has been very polite as long as I wanted to purchase his new merchandise, but seemed genuinely confused about doing business when it came to trades, store credit, or deals that might be profitable for his business in the long term. I wish him all the best, but I wish there was another music instrument vendor in this small town that had some business sense. I asked him if he had any old banjos and he responded that he had one "but it was $2000" as if I wouldn't be interested because I couldn't possibly afford it. Sorry, but you lost my business by assuming I couldn't afford the instrument that I was interested in. I wish you all the best, but I will buy my instruments elsewhere.

I'm very happy with the amp repair. It's harder to find now than the old location, and they could use a better sign outside, but inside it's the same great selection of guitars, apps, pedals, and accessories.

Ted's just awesome. He not only saved my butt fixing my 6505, but taught me quite a few things about it. A few times I've had a string break during band practice and he sets me up with a new one right in his shop even though I'm literally just walking in. He may be younger, but is a knowledgeable, excellent, professional and friendly businessman. I take my business to him before anywhere else. Period.
