The doctors at Ellensburg Animal Hospital found a foreign body embedded in my pup's paw, removed it, and now she's on the mend! All of the staff there are excellent. Would I like to get an appointment the moment I call? Sure. But reality is, skilled veterinary staff are in short supply, and I believe they do the absolute best they can with the staff they can recruit. I can't ask for more than that!

I would give 5 stars because the techs and doctors were amazing in every way, but I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to almost have to cancel my appointment at the door because I didn’t have a mask. Offer a mask, it’s the littlest you could do when people are mentally and emotionally taken by their dogs ailment.
