This place as of 2019 was horrible the grounds the trailers rvs set on full of sprickets insects comming from flooded mildew swamp land. The trailer my family lived in was the owners and it had mold fungus growing through the flooring the counters all set at a slant and all 4 trailers that were sti standing were all full of roaches and then after living these conditions..the owner evicted 3 out of 4 tenants after living there with no problems paying rent they out of the blue evictions went up..why so the owner could make it a rv park . This major crisis happened in the midst of my family me.ber had cancer . Edward del Rio whom paid his rent he had two pit bulls lived there only few months ago ran a generated for a short period only 3 tenants other than there's and all were helpful to not have any complaints of the generator or pit bulls my brother had cancer and times were rough for a minute had to use a generator but these are two reasons he got evicted after living 5here a year with 2 pits and no problem but a year later before it became a t.v. park he was evicted for them and a generator .please you must be brand new. and the place was there when he got there. The owner is from California don't know management
