My driver's side window spontaneously exploded on the freeway sending shards of glass throughout my car as I was traveling at top speed. I made it home despite the rain and covered in broken glass. After making a dozen phone calls to as many shops, Glass Doctor was the first one to answer, and on the first ring. They ordered the window and had it installed by two o'clock the next day and at a very reasonable price. All the other glass shops are just now, three days later, returning my call as I'm driving away with my window already installed, car vacuumed and windows cleaned. Thank you Jamie and Mike for making the experience a little less painful and with a happy ending to what could have been quite tragic.

Came in with a really big bad chip, the size of a quarter, in a hard to reach place on a box van. It was even icy that day. Jamie said she'd do her best but it might not last. She must have done the best because it has been very hot and very cold and is still holding. It didn't get bigger. Very impressive. Experience and effort is definitely here.

Glass Doctor was very professional and honest with there prices. I had the windshield replaced in my wife's jeep. Very fast and great job. Also Brent came to my home and gave me a quote for windows in my home. If we decide to go that route we will definitely go with Glass Doctor.

I purchased a home that had privacy glass in a bedroom window. I was looking to have this replaced with clear glass. I called a few placed for quotes and Glass Doctor was not only super quick and easy to work with, they were the most affordable. They were on-time for both the quote and install. The installer showed up on time and was very professional. Highly recommend!

Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, remove the glass from the frame and install new glass. Your existing window sash will remain.
Most likely. However, if the mirror is glued to the wall, there is no guarantee that it can be taken down without breaking. If you can get the existing mirror off the wall, we will need the mirror brought to our shop to cut down. There is no guarantee that the mirror will cut without breaking either. We cannot be responsible if a piece of glass or mirror that belongs to a customer breaks when trying to cut it, but we always do our best to cut carefully.
If you use steam to fog the glass, you will see a tempered logo in one of the corners that shows the glass is safety glass. There are code requirements for safety glass as well. Consult with your local Glass Doctor for those requirements.
No. Each double or triple pane window is manufactured in a quality-controlled environment and sealed carefully to keep air or gas trapped between the panes. As more and more windows include a heat reflective low-emissivity (Low-E) surface inside the unit, these become irreparable once moisture oxidizes the material, leaving a discolored, moldy appearance inside the unit. Even without a Low-E surface, the water staining that occurs from condensing and evaporating over and over leaves a hazy film on the glass that cannot ever be cleaned to perfection.
