Got a 6" meatball sub. Waited about 15-20min. Got my sandwich walked outside took one bite and threw it away cuz the meatballs were still cold almost frozen in the middle the sauce wasn't even warm. My sandwich was completely cold. This isn't the first issue iv had here either. It's literally every time I come here something is wrong with my order.

Don't even think about using the drive-thru. They completely ignore it for the longest time. Then when they do open the window it's to tell you "one moment" and then you wait another 5 minutes before someone will take your order because they're working on online orders instead of focusing on the people who are actually there.

I never do reviews but this is the slowest subway I’ve ever been to in my life! I love subway and always have a good experience. There was 3 people working and NOT busy. 2 people in the place INCLUDING ME! Took my almost 20 minutes for a sandwich. Ridiculous!!! Hire better workers! One girl was a rock star! The other 2 were horrible. An elderly woman slower than life and a teenager who didn’t know what a chicken bacon ranch is! Horrible.

Food was edible, BUT yeah about the 2nd worst experience at a Subway in over 30 years of going to Subway. I felt bad, kinda, for the 2 guys behind the counter because they looked frustrated and overwhelmed and doing the best they could. They were curt and not very patient. There were misunderstandings about a few orders while I'm standing there. They seemed ready to just walk out. Very few veggies, no tomatoes, meats weren't separated just a chunk of pepperoni. Yeah I think a drive to Woodburn next time will be in order. Until something changes I WILL NOT be going back!!!
