Do not I repeat do not rent at this location. There was a confirmed case of mold in our building. We were residents for years and it was brought to our attention through health care provides/neighbors. Before the change in property management we told them about a leaking window in 2019, then the switch happened during our yearly inspection they were again made aware of the same leaking window. We called in a ticket for mold in the guest bathroom and the maintenance guy came and spray painted over the spot ( also have before pictures for current residents). We tell the manager we want out of our lease and she was extremely rude even proceeded to say we didn't give them a chance to fix it THEY HAD PLENTY, and talked down to us. All of our confusing health issues we experienced while staying there was confirmed that it was due to mold. So if your current resident have your apartment inspected and if you plan on moving there consider this. During the summer there's always nonresident at the pool who hang out in the parking lot until early morning hours (no one does anything), trash stays broken, and some of office staff is completely rude.

Before the new management came in, this complex was an amazing place to live. Since the switch, it has been completely different. The maintenance crew has major attitudes and half fix the issues on the work tickets, and the emergency line is useless. Our air conditioning went out today, and the person who answers the 24 hour line was extremely rude and continuously cut me off when trying to explain the issue and that we needed someone to come look at it today because of medical reasons. When they called back to tell us again that they couldn’t come out, the person had an attitude as well, and was very nasty. For the amount we pay in rent, the way they handle things here is unprofessional and uncalled for.

As a first time renter, this place exceeded my expectations! Property managers make you feel welcomed and at home as soon as you come in. You can hear your neighbors and car stereos sometimes. It personally doesn't bother me because these aren't houses, they're apartments. Other than that, quiet, comfortable, and inviting. My only wish is that the stairs and handrails were quieter, but you can't change construction. ;) It is a high priced apartment for not too many amenities so I wouldn't rent again, but would recommend to everyone :)

Gateway is a very quiet, nice community, with an awesome, caring staff. The apartments are beautiful and spacious; the property is lovely and well kept. We really like the movie theatre, and had a movie night 🍿, with a few family members. They LOVED it! We moved in last year, and we’re currently in the process of renewing our lease. Why leave the peace, serenity, beauty and staff of a wonderful property?! This truly is home!!
