Noise from 2nd floor woman & especially kids is AWFUL! FROM 8A.M. til 10P.M. daily plus sometimes until 11pm-2am. Office can't do anything but say call on site office, he say not to call him after 10pm to call Non Emergency Police number. Office say from 9-10pm it's just apartment noise...really. Everyday since we moved in Oct 7 11-14-2021...Noise from above still continues! Office replies to call or come by to talk. Well I've done this several times & get same answer it's apartment life. Or call Courtsey Officer but he told me to call only 9am-10pm, if after 10 call Rock Hill Police Non Emergency number. This kid runs from 6am (was 7) until way after 10. Still looking for home to buy & get outta here. To watch TV we've put caption on & ear plugs to make noise sound further away. Oh well same old same, we have come up with another name for complex...GROUND HOG DAY APPTS...where everyday in our appt is the same!! 😡🤣

I've been living here for 7 months. I absolutely LOVE IT!! It's near everything: store outlets, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The management team is great and made my move very smooth and easy. I turned the sunroom into my daughter's playroom and she enjoys having that as her own space. I am truly living a Legacy here at Legacy at Manchester Village.

I have lived at Legacy at Manchester Village twice. The first time was in 2009-2011, and I currently live there now. I am very impressed with the staff in the office. They are friendly, attentive, experienced, and competent. The apartments are very clean and spacious, the property is immaculately maintained and has good security. The location is perfect - minutes from I-77, shopping, and there is a large park with trails and green space right across the street. I highly recommend Legacy at Manchester Village.

I have lived here for 3 years and have had the best experience imaginable! The ladies in the office are what make this complex so great- they know the residents by name and will do anything to help them out, especially Aimee and Arden. Great customer service, quick maintenance response, and a beautiful property. There is tons of parking, great amenities, and several community social gatherings throughout the year planned by the staff. I couldn't have chosen a better apartment complex in Rock Hill!
