Do not rent here. They have raised rents from $1150 for a 2 bed townhome to $1500 within the year, that's insane. Pool, gym, laundry were never opened. The grounds are not well maintained, huge holes in the parking lot. My apartment was constantly having issues and they will fix the easy things but move so slow on anything significant. They will close out service tickets even though they didn't fix the issue. I have pest control come often, there are ALWAYS bugs in here. Spiders, lots of roaches. I've never had such a bad bug problem before. The office is NEVER open, I tried 3 times in one day and each time the office was locked. You can never get them on the phone either. They are charging a crazy amount for run-down units but they will pay for new signs, brand new mailboxes (the others were fine), fencing around the dumpster, pressure washing to make the grounds look decent. Anytime there is a storm the power goes out. For the location and what you get $1500 is absurd. They also had a "pool party" with hot dogs and chips, then as we get the food they tell us to give them a 5 star rating on Google. This was literally the only time they allowed the pool to be open. They can't just do something nice for residents without having to get something out of us, so no, you're getting an honest 1 star rating. And the office was redone, new furniture, pool table, TV, macs, but it's always closed so you can't go use any of it. Don't let the website photos fool you, actually look at the location first. Almost forgot! They had a tow company come through and put tow stickers on cars with expired tags or other violations. I get towing a car that has an expiration from 2010 or a car that is obviously abandoned, but why not just ask the resident instead of threaten them with towing and only provide 2 days to fix the issue? Felt like that could have been handled much better.

I love living here. There are so many awesome amenities for my kids and even my dog has a park to play in. It's absolutely beautiful here with all the trees and the creek. The two maintenance guys, Chuck and Jonathan are the absolute best!

I'm a current resident, here. This is my last month. ***Do not Rent here‼️‼️*** There are SOO many red flags🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 The former property manager Heidi that was here, she lied day in/ day out. The property director manager Merian, she is an inconsistent, non-communicating, inconsiderate liar and she does not give two fudges about the resident's well being. Yes they are so nice jumping through hoops to get you qualified and SOOO helpful getting you through the process to sign the lease. After that the lies begins. Currently: I've been without AC since May 23rd 2022 its now June 3rd. I was told on June 1st, when I went down to the front office early one morning before I went to work that it would be fixed; the next morning. Merian told me this "directly" in my FACE that she would personally contact me. Which would be today June 2nd, 2022. I am a healthcare worker and my work hours consists me of me working 7am to 7pm in an Emergency Room. When my shift is complete, I wish to come home and relax in my cool home; not come home to a 91° home/ environment. I've called the emergency line; once at 7:34pm and a second time at 9:11pm. I still haven't received a call back, yet. Everyone with an AC issue received and receives window units, except for me. P. S. This is NOT slander nor deformation. Been living here for almost 2 years now. Everything has been great not really any problems other than the shootings here recently. Maintenance has always been great and is always at my door within 24 hours of putting a work order in. Just a couple weeks ago I was having issues with my AC, but the maintenance guys were there to fix the issues immediately. May have taken a couple tries to get everything 100% but we’re all good to go now :)
