Our time is approaching to end here soon in Wichita & HPE Apartments. I've lived here at HPE Apartments for over 5 years, since 2/2017 and we absolutely love it. Great location and minutes from everything. The apartment is very large and has taken care of all our needs and then some. Great community as well. The crew, they're fantastic. All maintenance issues addressed immediately with care, respect and alot of smiles. Very friendly staff. It couldn't of been better.

My husband and I lived here for a year and unfortunately it was a huge mistake. Serious complaints are not taken seriously but if you do anything they don’t like they are quick to give you papers for it. Our upstairs neighbors were absolutely awful and after many reports and phone calls to the noise line late at night when they were waking our newborn up the office still refused to do anything. The people upstairs had broken so many contract rules and my husband and I followed all directions from the office to have to taken care of properly and they still refused to help. But when one set of blinds was broken we were given a “notice” stating we had 48 hrs to replace the blinds or maintenance was going to come in a do it for us and then we would be charged over $50 for it. The ladies in the office do not know what they’re talking about either. They seem completely clueless and give the run around on just about everything. Be careful when you move out, they snuck a $400 carpet cleaning fee in on us after we were told a set move out price as far as replacing/cleaning the apartment. When we called and asked about it they responded and said we always do that. The area is also sketchy sometimes, a good handful of shootings, burglaries, etc. our car was broken into 20 ft from our patio door. Worst experience ever.

I’ve lived at High Point East for almost 5 years and I’ve always had good experiences. Maintenance and staff are always quick to respond to any questions, comments, or concerns we may have. The amenities are always nice and the location is a big bonus! We are close to lots and being able to jump on the highway and be anywhere in Wichita in a few minutes is a big bonus!

Is quite and nice but administration doesn't pay attention. They take too much time fixing things and they do not keep their promises. We are just waiting for our contract to finish so we can go other place. UPDATE: May 6 2018: Of course you cannot find my email because you used my husband's instead despite us telling you explicitly to use mine because he doesn't really use his. No, I did not make any mistakes I know exactly the crappy place I've been living in the last year, you never answer claims it takes forever to get service, if you don't track your packages 8 out of 10 times you never notify that we have a package in the office and it can't be only us because that office is full of boxes of people that I'm sure now, don't even know they have packages, 4 months we complained about the fire alarm going off at night by itself, you guys never came, we ended up changing the battery ourselves because it always went off at 3 or 4 am, neigbours smoke like crazy and all the smoke goes into the vents so yes the bathroom stink ashes. Whenever we could finally find somebody in the office because office hours are exactly the same time we work, the main excuse is that the person responsible or that can help with an issue is not available "that" saturday in particular. Dog trash is a joke, we walked around buildings 2&5 and that trashbin has been full of bags since November if you open it to discard your dog's poo other bags fall off, grass is poorly mowed and yes we are still really annoyed and pissed and disappointed at this place and we couldn't be happier now that we are moving away, it just looks nice on the outside but is all a fake screen, paint is toxic and it peels and is sticky everywhere, you guys really need to step up and improve your administration, I dont know what the "good buildings" are, but it shouldn't be a lottery, we are paying for a service you're not doing a charity here
