Talked to my friend and he said the increase would be to $700 plus 30 for extras. I realize you have to increase rent as everything else is going up and NOT coming down. He is planning on staying but cutting back on everything else inflation ! I reposted my review to reflect the increase of rent. Prompt service for any problems that arise i have observed !

Apartments are alright, AC units are old so in the summer they’re going to be what drives the electric bill. That being said, management is a joke. When you leave make sure send your “notice to vacate” letter every day for a month before your lease expires, otherwise they’ll hit you up a month later asking for money despite an expired lease that doesn’t automatically renew per the lease, and Kansas law.

Decent living, close to almost everything, especially shopping and great restaurants. Includes some utilities and some even have fireplaces! The ONLY thing stopping them from being really great is the lack of washer and dryer hookups in unit.
