I have had positive experiences at the drive-in covid testing here, but my experiences at this Minute Clinic have been very negative. The convenience of the location is not worth exchanging the level of service I and my family have received at other locations. Drive out to the Minute Clinic on Maple Street, definitely worth the drive compared to my experiences here.

Horrible service, was told my prescription for sure would be ready. I got there 10 minutes before closing and it was not ready. The lady tried to tell me to come back tomorrow which I refused because I have to have this medicine. She said well we are closed. Anyways they did fill it but there were two cars behind me that were there before closing. They rudely closed the window as soon as I was done and would not assist the other cars. They were so rude and horrible.

Great COVID Testing Site! We had already been to three other stores (CVS and Walgreen Stores) looking for Covid Testing that we need for upcoming travel. I was helped by Gloria at the checkout stand too, because I needed to make a return. September, the Minute Clinic Nurse Practictioner, was EXTREMELY helpful in answering all of our questions about appointment for testing. Lori helped us collect the swabs at the outside testing Kiosk, and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend the CVS Minute Clinic at this store for any primary care need or Covid Testing. As a Registered Nurse, I can say with great certainty that September can assist you!
