*****UPDATE: If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Tonight was the third time we have called in complaints to corporate and reported this pharmacy. Their phone message states that the pharmacy is open 24 hours, and that they take a lunch break between 1:30 and 2:00 AM. The drive through window has corporate signage stating that they close at 10pm. Twice in the past week, they have tacked up a homemade sign stating that they have closed the drive through window early (both times WELL before the 10pm time listed on the window - 60 to 90 minutes). The cardboard-and-sharpie sign instructs people to come into the store for assistance at the main pharmacy counter. My family is high-risk for covid; we don't go into stores for health reasons. Walgreens pharmacy OBVIOUSLY need to adjust their staffing, scheduling or -better still- they need to close the in-store counter and only accept drive through orders for the rest of the night if they are having issues. It's safer for their employees and their customers in a pandemic, anyway. ******* This pharmacy constantly tells you to come back in 20 minutes - they don't start to fill the rx until you arrive. Doesn't matter how long it's been since the prescription was called in, if you call before, or if your doctor asks them to fill it ASAP. I have contracted corporate about this and received zero response.

If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would give for this locations pharmacy. There is never not a line. Just tonight I went inside waited forever in line. I was the next one to get my script and she shuts down the line. Should maybe think about putting something in place that at a certain time only so many more people are allowed in line and dismiss the other ones as they start to get in line so people aren't waiting forever just to be turned down. Absolutely ridiculous.

I could go on for paragraphs about this place being so slow. There is no reason I should have to wait 30-45 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a prescription. There was one car in front of me. If they are getting a prescription note to fill (which who does that anymore) they should be required to go inside or drop off the note and come back at a later time. If I have to take an hour to get a prescription I shouldn’t be having to pay for it. To make matters worse the lady was rude to me when I was giving my information for the prescription. Usually I can handle some waiting or the person is atleast nice, and yes I know being a pharmacist or tech is stressful, but there is no reason to make me wait that long and then show attitude. Absolutely ridiculous and I am not coming back here for prescriptions.

I had a stressful day with a sick elderly parent and this Walgreens location really came through for us. The pharmacy staff was great and the young lady up front - (I think her name was Nevae) was so sweet and went out of her way to help.
