treated customer poorly and rudely, have no knowledge of how their system works, better go to another Walgreens and never this one!

I go to this Walgreens at least a couple times a month. I lost my ID and had to get a new one recently, well i went there 4 days ago and my paper ID was accepted (as well as everywhere else I’ve used it) and when i went there tonight the manager wouldn’t accept it said he needed a hard copy LOL!!! Let me remind you this paper copy with my face on it is completely acceptable and has even worked for the airport but not at Walgreens??? Yeah okay. Wont come here again.

Pulled up to the drive through for a prescription at 5:52. There was a vehicle ahead of me so I waited. As I pulled up to the window at 5:57 the pharmacy closed the window on me and wouldn’t serve me. I walked into the store at 5:59 to see all the pharmacy staff walking out the door. I approached them and asked why they closed the window in me. They told me their clock said 6. Worst service I have ever gotten at a Walgreens. Talked to management and the customer service line and nobody wants to resolve the issue in the moment. Everyone is kicking the can down the road to the next person. Their resolution was to make me drive 30 minutes one way and pay full price.

Worst Walgreens I've been to in Omaha. The pharmacy is incredibly slow, and now the drive thru has been closed for days because of a broken speaker. Terrible hours, closed for an hour each weekend day.
