McDonald's consistently delivers what it advertises. While other fast food chains struggle with maintaining quality customer service due to staffing issues, McDonald's is generally a good experience. It is actually fast food, and the employees are typically enjoyable and seem to be in a good mood. There's a very real reason why McDonald's is still the top fast food chain.

I just called this McDonald’s 30.5 seconds ago, the dude who answered was rude, I asked if the lobby was still open and got hung up on, so I called right back and apparently the dude on the phone must not have been able to hear me although I was speaking clear af, he said “DUDE SAY SOMETHING WERE REALLY BUSY” And I asked if the lobby was open again he said no. Point is that’s not how you speak to customers idgaf how busy either quit ya job bc it’s too busy or change the attitude not only for the customers but for ya own sanity, Have a nice day

Im on your team Deana. I didn't have any undercooked sandwiches yet but over4 hours in the warmer is against the rules too. It takes time to wait for your order and have to fight your silent judge of don't say anything. Eat the dry nasty sand... f%$# this. I need my chicken FR%$#!
No, it is not right. Those spots are reserved, however if they're is no place else for you to pull forward and wait at all it may be the lesser of 2 evils. As far as the manager, she should be FIRED! She obviously has no business in customer service if she's hanging up on her guests , this is unexcusable behavior for restaurant management. If it been a regular hourly employee they probably could have gotten some type of written or oral reprimand...
