Stopped in to use some coupons from a discount book I purchased. Because I had previously used a coupon they denied me to use the remainder of the ones I purchased. Very disappointed that they treated me that way. I won't be doing business here again. I still have 6 coupons for tanning that expire in 5 months.

I stopped in the Bellevue location this evening around 7:45pm Friday. I've been a client of this company for over 18 years. I have never been treated so terrible. There was a biker woman missing most of her teeth behind the counter arguing with a different woman who was making a point that she had waited too long. The lady behind the counter was beyond rude. Finally, I just walked out. That was way too much drama for a Friday night.

I've been a member for a while now. The beds are starting to get dirty. I actually went into a bed that wasn't clean and had to clean myself. Some bulbs were out. I pay 104.00 a month for my wife and I stung are staying to get disappointed. RADIOon't work. I love the employees but the becca are staying to go down hill

I am ALWAYS blown away by how exceptional the staff is here. Especially the shift leader trainer today (7/8) around noon... I can’t remember her name but every time I am here she is kind and knowledgeable and respectful. I envy her always positive attitude!
