I'm really not normally a complainer, especially because I know how rough being short staffed is, but I was truly disappointed in our experience tonight. (And yes I realize it's just IHOP, not a 5 star steak place). We walked in and there was a hostess that was there. She didn't speak to us, just walked away. A few minutes later she came back and grabbed a menu and sat us down (there were 4 of us, 1 menu). We ordered drinks and 2 of them were wrong. Whatever, I'll drink my tea unsweetened. All of my food was burned, even though I asked for my stuff to be lightly cooked. But I couldn't wave her down, so I just started to eat. When she came back, I asked for the part of my meal that was missing. She yes she was getting it and then disappeared for 10 mins. She brought our check, but not the rest of my food. Then I asked if she would box up the stuff she didn't bring out and she went to get it. I left unhappy and not satisfied, bc the thing I was really craving, the pancakes, never came. Yes we tipped her. Bc we aren't horrible people, but it wasn't my normal big tip.

Went here with my family on Saturday early evening. The waitress brought out everyone’s food except my son’s. When she finally did bring it out, he ordered the Mac and cheese. It was cold and hard. I asked to speak to the manager and he response was “you’re not paying for his food anyways, so why does it matter”. I will not be returning. I paid over $65 for our meal and then had to go buy my son something separate because he couldn’t eat his!

Chicken fried steak was/is less than stellar. Eggs tasted like olive oil. Pancakes are always great tho. & U simply can't go wrong with french toast. French fries were good!

It may have just been that day me and my dad and brother went, but it took almost ten minutes to get a server to come over to take the three of us to a table. The young girl and her coworker were messing around on their phones and goofing off until we needed something, they barely checked on us. The food was good, but I wish the young girls that were serving that day were a little more attentive to their customers.
