For Nevada, admittedly Sharkys is one of the best places running. However, use caution when using online ordering. They subbed my entree with an appetizer, so I received a side order of shrimp instead of the taco entree. I was denied a refund and asked for a callback from a manager, which I have yet to get. If you are carrying out, make sure they got your order correct!!

The food was great and the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Overall a great place to go out to. I got the Hudson Burger during one visit and the Ring of Fire burger on the second visit. Both were great! My personal opinion, I wish the Ring of Fire was hotter. I found it very mild.

Horrible food. Fries were so salty that they were inedible. Messed up our wrap and the waitress didn't even apologize. We mentioned the fries to her and she said, "that's our sharky's seasoning so..yep." and walked off. Generally, when a customer politely let's you know the food is inedible...much past just not good, but inedible...you should do something about it. Don't waste your money.

Wait staff walked by us 5 times prior to bringing us menus, took 15 minutes to be acknowledged. We teased about being invisible. It's Monday night so not very busy. Our drinks sat empty for 20 minutes and I finally was able to get a different waitperson to find our to get our check. They seemed to have sufficient staff. Food was okay, but the service made it not worth it.
