During the day it's awesome. Night time service needs a lot of work. And what happened to the policy no shirt no service. Some people get offended when someone comes in this eating establishment with no shirt on. Please emplacement that rule back. Thank you.

Made the mistake of stopping by this McDonald’s on our way to Kansas City. My son had to use the bathroom. We stopped by on April 15th and the bathrooms were disgusting. Don’t worry they have a sanitary log, but wait they haven’t cleaned it in 4 days. 🤢🤮

At McDonald's in Nevada you Never get a full order when handed a bag of food. Then once you tell them they forgot your food that YOU PAID FOR they roll their eyes and basically throw your food at you out the window. Also never get fresh food unless you specifically say that you want fresh food not old hard food. They never answer the phone when you call and it's a joke to even complain because it doesn't change anything.

The last time I went here, I got a Quarter Pounder given to me with paper between the cheese and the meat. I actually choked on it and was in shock. When I called, their concern and solution went only as far as to offer me a replacement next time. Not a refund of the $38 I spent for that meal...not even for the Quarter Pounder itself. I would love to say this was an isolated incident but the time before, We received 3 Of the quarter pounders out of the 3 that we ordered completely burnt (not just the meat, but the whole thing, scorched bread and all.) In fact...in the last year I have not received a single order without some major error...burnt food, half my order missing, frozen nuggets, etc. This place is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
