This chicken is totally amazing! This is the best Popeyes hands down...But don't go whe it's close to quiting time, things just seem disorderly and out of sorts, it wasn't like that before.

Surprised with all of the negative reviews. I have the option to order from 5 different Popeyes on Seamless and usually order from the one because the chicken is consistently crunchy and fresh and the biscuits are fluffy, buttery and made properly. Go to other locations and see how they compare first before criticizing this one.

This is a decent establishment. The staff is largely homogeneous; I would have loved to see more representation. The queue times are not very long but service is very SLOW. You can wait up to 10 minutes for one chicken sandwich. Sometimes the service can be fast and others slow. I've seen multiple complaints from customers about this, almost too many times. This makes me conclude that the staff is inconsistent and lacks training to be on par with the better end of the cohort. However, the staff is always working hard and making sure they are on task; they don't waste their time. The food is alright. It is really a hit-or-miss when it comes to the quality. The service is too slow to justify the quality. The quality lacks in consistency and ultimately depends on which cohort you get and in what time. The chicken sandwich is underwhelming compared to other Popeyes establishments. The chickens seem to be fresh but the condiments and bread is subpar. I suggest to order meals instead of individual order. The condition of the place is really good but there are way too many suspicious people. Homeless people who don't belong inside the store or trouble makers. The store's management fails to address this issue that is reoccurring and almost always presents itself when I go to eat here. This might be a concern to some but not a deal breaker (unless you only rely on quarters) Overall, this is a decent establishment and just barely satisfies the Fast-food status quo.
