If I can give this place zero starts I would. There was a girl working in the cash register, runa parvin was so rude. She got mad when I would ask her questions about the order. And the worse part I had another costumer explain to me what the differences were in the chicken. As a person with an MBA I understand costumer service, and what happened was unacceptable.

The service is slow, dont order online on the app because they wont start making your food until you get there and ask them whats going on (meaning you stand in line anyway). Its unfortunate but the ice machine looks like it has never been cleaned with black stuff growing inside of it. Seems to have low levels of hygene and as far as Popeyes go, this one is pretty bad. If youre coming here to get the new chicken sandwich, I recommend going elsewhere. They arent made to order like most popeyes and they just have a bunch waiting out. The one I got here was room temperature.

The line was almost out the door when I went, so we had to wait about 15 minutes before we served. We were ordering for the team, so we had a large order (13 classic chicken sandwiches, 13 spicy chicken sandwiches, and 7 large fries), but that did not stop the staff from putting their best into the quality and service. It only took about another 15 minutes after ordering to get all our food. We enjoyed our food and understood all the hype regarding the chicken sandwich. Would definitely come again when in the area.
