Macaroni and cheese is pretty good at this location it usually is a good place to stop and eat depending on what staff is working certain cooks are better than others when bringing the food to the front their was rare times when the chicken was overcooked their prices are pretty standard for popeyes pricing structure waiting area can become busy at times and some staff is slow when taking orders the eating area is usually empty so if you don't feel like taking your food home you can usually eat their at their tables I go around lunchtime I don't think their is nothing else to say other than it is Popeyes and you know what you are getting from them

I'm giving this restaurant and their staff a one ⭐. Customer service is okay the product is horrifying I stopped in that restaurant today to buy me a three-piece combo. I left that store with refried over chicken in old oil. The taste of the chicken was disgusting it burned my stomach from the greasy old burnt oil. The quality of the chicken was poor it was hard and dry not up to Popeyes standard. The fries was cold I asked for a coke I got a Cherry Coke. No ketchups or jelly. This is the very first Popeyes restaurant I've visited in New York City and the quality of the product was not up to Popeye's standards.

Service is slow , they wanna charge extra for any sauce that you get if you don’t have nuggets or tenders . It be 6 people in the kitchen and still slow

Bad customer service. I simply asked for 1 packet of BBQ sauce with my chicken combo order and was denied. I didn't want to make an issue about this because of the long line of other customers that didn't place their order yet during lunchtime.
