I bought an echo chainsaw here. They handled the warranty information for me and told me I could go to any echo dealer for service, and never tried to imply I had to bring it back there. When they brought the saw out it was full of gas and oil and they started it to make sure nothing was wrong with it and made sure I understood the starting process. I am very familiar with how chainsaws work and would likely not had any trouble starting it, but the extra customer care they gave is priceless in my opinion. Will absolutely go back.

Best place around if you need Stihl or Husqvarna chainsaw parts. They keep most common parts well stocked, and will order anything you need of they don't have it. Also a good place to check if you need a snowblower or lawnmower belt
