They turned a car registration nightmare into a breeze for me! The Haverhill RMV was giving me an awful run around to book an appointment to get my car registered. I approached this AAA branch with no appointment and no membership and the branch manager helped me get signed up and registering my car all set. Thank you AAA Newburyport so much!

We had to wait 8 hours for tow. We were in a parking lot so I understand we were not considered an emergency but that was a long time to wait.

Could Have gone to the registry and been in and out in less time. Had an “” appointment but found out it’s just a slot time. All the slot time does is save your place in line! Not an appointment!! Waited 40 minutes after my designated slot time to actually get seen. Not helpful to use this branch for registry services. Only decent thing I got was an apology. Never again

The RMV website has a portal specific to you and your license number. After you log in, you can request a replacement license. You will have to pay the fee of course and depending on whether you apply for a standard or REAL ID, you may have to schedule an appointment. If you are a AAA member, you can schedule an appt. about 2 weeks out on their website, or simply give them a call to complete the transaction.
Get an RMV 1 form from your insurance agent. Go online at mass.gov/RMV and make an appointment or at AAA to register your vehicle. No walk-ins yet.
