I have lived here for three years since they opened basically. I am sad and disheartened that I will Have to leave. On July 1st 2022 i rescieved notice that the unit i was in was going up in rent from a contracted rate of 1200 up to 2750. I Have never been late on rent no violations and a contributing volunteer in the building and community but wont be able to afford the new rate. I have experienced other rate increases but not this drastic. The apartment that i have qualified for and called home is one i no longer qualify for. For the only reason that i am to poor. now i am to poor to even live with the poor.The kicker is that today when i approached management about the situation and explained how the new rates were going to force me to become homeles she replied that was my problem. So much for caring. And in the middle of my lease. So in short my experience here has been very negative. The YWCCA is supposed to be on a mission to empower people not their own wallets. They have a great ralliyng cry to raise donation money but really have proved that all they care about is the profit they can make off the backs of the vulnerable. Not the community they profess to serve. This is not just my story but multiple people here facing same problem. Half the building recieved same letter as I On Friday July 1 2022. And i imagine they wont discriminate and will raise rent equally on all residents But just the poorest ones so far. One single father just saw his contracted rent rate jump to 3700. SO in closing if you move in there you wont be safe. They will be happy to take your money untill they figure a way to get more from the next guy and then rase the rent so you have to move or be evicted.so much for equal oportunity housing.

Great place for families. Workout facility is adequate, pool is a great add, classes are good but not numerous. What sets it apart for families is the available day care while there with AMAZING staff that our son loves. We can pop in for a quick workout while he plays and he is always excited to come to play or for swim lessons.
