They love to drain both my personal and business account a few times a year even though i pay every month. it's the cruelest thing ever. try to buy groceries and your card gets declined because nobody even bothers to inform me. F U Tehama county.

When your looking for this office and you question google maps because the location of child support is so stupid its un real. Its located in a warehouse out in the middle of no where. Stupidest thing ive ever seen

Why does the message recorder day your closed when ive been calling since 4:35pm and the website states your office closes at 5pm?

The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM. We close for lunch from 12-1. Our calls go through a call center they close at 4:30 PM

If the person I am supposed to pay support to signs a paper stating they don't want any money owed to them for support. Then why am I still paying child support. I shouldn't owe the child support office. So what needs to be done to solve this problem

If the person had been on cash aid with the child the money would be owed to the state and not the person. Call or go into the office and ask. They will let you know
