Today I tried their food cart at hop culture brewery this food is spectacularly delicious, all ingredients are local and come from sources that truly care about their product. The dishes are put together thoughtfully with a true balance of flavors and textures. This is a must try and can’t wait to check out their brick and mortar

The only way I can describe the burgers here is: “ridiculous.” The food is amazing. A man could weep at the shear poetry of cheese, aeoli and meatstuffs lovingly placed between two pieces of soft, delicious bread.

Fresh ingredients to accomodate food made from scratch. Our waitress was knowledgable and eager to help us with our dietary needs ( vegetarian and GF). Vintage is a breath of fresh air in Colchester! We will definitely return as their menu changes frequently with the seasons. Their decor is basic and I am sure they will add a little more decoration as they progress! Below is the duck egg and biscuit and the dessert of the night.
