They consistently leave off food from orders or the order is NEVER correct. We literally drive to Salinas because it’s easier to get our entire order. When speaking to the manager-she let’s you know there’s nothing she can do.

Rude bottom of the barrel fast food employees. 45 minute drive through weights to get slopped together burritos that leak out the bottom. This place has made me swear off Taco Bell all together. I have a $40 gift card I refuse to use because this place is such a nightmare. The owner/manager should be embarrassed and I hope they go bankrupt. But of course they won't because idiots keep lining up 20 cars long to wait an hour for a $5 burrito that's really worth nothing. Why is Burger King the only half decent fast food establishment in this sad excuse for a wannabe Beach town.

Another visit, another forgotten item. By far the worst fast food establishment I have ever encountered. Full of rude teenagers that are angry they have to do their job. On the bright side, at least they gave me a couple potatoes with my cup of sour cream and drop of cheese. Definitely needed 20 sauce packs for my two burritos too. Makes the 25 minute wait at the drive-thru window all worth it. On multiple occasions the employee slip up and use McDonald's menu terminology. They just bounce around these fast food places thinking they're better than the only industry that will hire them.

Every time I have come here it takes 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken… employees walk by cleaning the lobby or act like they don’t see me . The lobby is a mess with trash on the floor and things someone could potentially trip over. I did an online order recently and came by and they had the windows covered and never answered the phones. I assume they were short staff but this is acceptable. It took 15 minutes before someone asked if I have been helped.
