This place has become a joke since covid. They don't answer their phones and the answering machine says they will call you back at the end of the day but they never call back. I waited two weeks for a simple refill request and they only called me back because I basically said I had had enough on the voice-mail and I was going to have to come in and not leave until I got help. They say they are short staffed but you can't even talk to a person on the phone. They need to change their voice-mail and say that they will get back to you possibly in two weeks. Not what it used to be.

Just returned from my Saturday appointment with Kathleen Breslin she was wonderful! The woman at the front desk who has been there forever was welcoming & pleasant too! However, I just phoned because I did not receive my check out paper, showing payment made & diagnosis, which they have been giving me a copy of for years & years. I was told by Cheryl they no longer give that to patients. I asked if I could get a copy sent to me but she replied, “No because we are trying to save money.” She was very rude & cold! She did say that I can pick it up in there office . I have no receipt of my payment & would like my paperwork! I will be calling my insurance...

07/17/2020 @ 0836 called the office for T. Sullivan, let the receptionist by the name of Ashley know I am having an issue with breathing and chest pains. Cut me off to let me know the physician was not in. No mention of tele- health. No mention that another doctor could see me. Seemingly upset that I called. Informed me that I should call a walk-in clinic, as they would be able to see me. The reason why I have a primary physician is so I don’t have to be seen by a walk in clinic. Others have mentioned, in said reviews, “to busy to be effective” I totally agree. Not a happy customer and patient! Thank you Ashley, you were rude and unprofessional. Representing an office that believes In the Hippocratic oath, I think not!
