I really had a very positive working experience with NVCSS-California Hope. I can not say Enough Good things about the California Hope program and its manager and team leads. I attended some high-quality trainings and NVCSS wide gatherings. In my experience, NVCSS-Cal Hope really takes care of its employees and staff-this includes all the paid days off. My favorite thing about working for Cal Hope was the magnificent team that I worked with working with the survivors of the Camp Fire. I HIGHLY Recommend working for NVCSS and/or California Hope.

The Customer Service was not that good of an experience for me. I felt as if I had been given the wrong information and at best the least amount they could give, either because they did not like me or they didnt want to put in the time and extra work to help me. I also saw them with another person and they interacted quite different as how they interacted with me. Very frustrating...
