Paskenta Road is a county road. Caltrans, the State Transportation Department, does not own it and is not responsible for maintaining it.

I for one do not like pot holes my car feels the same way also .I was on Paskenta rd and I noticed when you toss asphalt into a pot hole and move on to the next one well I mean come on guys more effort would be nice or how about repaving it all
