Okay, it’s a descent gym!!! It has lots of nice equipments. One thing that makes me a bit uncomfortable is the staff sign that says a male worker would be cleaning the bathroom. It’s there the ENTIRE night. Like from 9pm-2 am which has been around the time frame I’ve gone. I just feel a bit uncomfortable in the locker room. Last time I was in there with a couple of other girls the male staff just comes in, these were all within different hours. I get it it’s night time and they’re just doing their job to keep the facility clean. But perhaps setting a time frame to clean the bathroom would be best? Even after the female lady had cleaned the locker room, the sign came out of no where right as she just left. It raises a slight concern. Overall no big deal but just be mindful is all I ask.

I went to the gym a few years after it opened. The customer service was absolutely horrible, cleanliness of the facility was also pretty bad. The only reason why I give this facility two stars is because it has weights and equipment, though poorly maintained its there. The ownership of this branch lacks understanding on how to properly run a good gym!

Honestly... it’s a planet fitness. You get what you pay for. But I’ve been very unimpressed with the staff and how they’ve organized the place due to COVID. While I understand there are new precautions that need to take place to enforce social distancing, it seems like there was no effort really put into reorganizing the equipment. They pretty much just slapped on some signs that say “social fitnessing” so that people don’t stay within 6feet of eachother. But they did it in a way so that they completely blocked off certain types of equipment. For example, they completely blocked off ALL seated cable row machines. So there’s no way to do that exercise anymore. You can tell the staff doesn’t really want to be here either. There’s one girl that works the front desk during the early afternoons, and she does a great job, but besides her everyone else doesn’t really seem like they genuinely want to help you out. I purposefully bought the 22$ a month membership because we get some “pointers from the staff, etc” but I have not seen a single staff member around to ask workout questions, etc. I asked one member for a machine to hit my hamstrings and he didn’t know what the hamstrings were. If you’re looking for a place with unlimited treadmills, this is your spot, but if you’re looking for anything besides that, I’d recommend going elsewhere. It is very clean though. They constantly have people wiping the equipment down.
