Delivery person here, frustrated and disappointed but not surprised. Yet another example of property management companies failing utterly to fulfill their fiduciary obligations to their tenants. No unit numbers clearly visible from the street at the 2442 Wilson property. Fixing this problem couldn't cost more than 10% of a single rent payment. My customer resorted to posting their own unit number after so many deliveries did not make it to their doorstep.

Wouldn't recommend or go through this property management again. We had an issue at the end when we were moving out and they pretty much told us to leave the office. They didn't want to address the problem. Poor customer service. Smh

Non bias review. I’m halfway through my 6 month lease. I’ve had two minor issues ( circuit / maintenance). Both issues were taken care of promptly. Communication was transparent and timely. I’ve had nothing but a friendly experience with the ladies in the office.

They took my money and never reviewed my application. They didn’t check my credit report, rental history or references!! NOTHING!! I called them back and Ashley, the most heartless person with zero compassion for families trying to find a decent home Said, sorry your application was denied last week!! They didn’t notified me or anything!! She said she will email me the reason it was denied!! Two weeks later no email yet!! I called today and she said she’ll email me the reason why it was denied!! No email was ever sent!! I want to know the reason, because I have excellent credit score, great renters history and make over 3times the income they were asking!! I’m assuming they take over 200 applications per property available for rent and scam people, making them believe they will process their application but they never do!! Stay away from them!! RATS 🐀
