Kudo’s to the entire team at Airstream of Lebanon Maine! We took our 28’ Flying Cloud to them last November 2021 for a side body panel replacement and they did an absolutely fantastic job, it looked brand new when we picked it up a few weeks ago. It was fully detailed inside and out and they addressed of all our punch list items! They even went as far as ensuring all the bright chrome trim strip matched from new to old. It’s obvious they take great pride in their work! They are true craftsman and their attention to detail when fitting/matching/riveting the large side panel with all the external connections was easily apparent, you would never have known it was replaced! As important as quality craftsmanship, their customer service was 5 star! They kept us apprised of the repair status on a regular basis and quickly replied to and accommodated any changes/requests we had. We picked it up in late February 2022 and hit the road to Florida the next day. Bottom line… I highly recommend Jessica and her team at Airstream of Lebanon Maine for any warranty/repair work or just to give your trailer some TLC and take care of the little odds and ends that invariably need attention. Thank you again Jessica and Team!

Judge for Yourself. December 24th 2020 called Airstream in Lebanon Maine . We asked if they would be open on December 26th and the man told us yes. We drove from Cape Cod Ma to Lebanon Maine 2 1/2 hours each way arrived at 10 am to find the dealership closed. We left a voice message with the Office Manger & General Manager that same day neither called us back as of Dec 29th. I called the GM On the 29th asked him if he received my voice mail to which he said he had not checked all his emails yet. He mentioned that he did receive my email again no reply. He told me the man who answers the phone did not know they would be closed on Dec 26th because he did not tell him.

OMG, how much can the salesperson talk about a transmission, as if this would be the crucial element in choosing an RV?? I had to leave after he grabbed a page I was holding and wouldn't let it go!! So rude. Didn't answer questions, and he felt like he could just go on and on about the transmission. He has NO awareness and NO people skills.
