Called on May 9 to reserve a mini skid steer with delivery for May 16. I was told it would be $300 per day, $150 for delivery, show up by 8am and be picked up by 8am the next morning. I asked about payment and confirmation and they said I'd sign contract and pay on delivery. I gave them my phone number. Day of, nothing shows up, waited until 8:55am to call. They say there was no contract written up and it's rented out for the day so nothing they can do. Wasted my day off of work. It felt unprofessional when they wouldn't take payment over the phone at time of booking. I should have trusted my instincts.

These guys are great. Picked up and dropped off after tuning up my Craftsman lawn tractor today. Won’t look anywhere else in the future for snowblower and mower service needs. Thank you!

Ordered a delivery of pea stone from them, they delivered 3/8” crushed stone instead. When we tried to remedy the situation they claimed that what they delivered is pea stone which it blatantly is not since pea stone is smooth and round... like a pea (obviously) and what they delivered is sharp dusty little bits of stone. We explained this to them and they just said you can use the two interchangeably... which is an insane response. So I guess if I want mulch and they deliver loam I should just accept that because the two can be used interchangeably...? They literally do not carry the product that they are advertising and yet offer absolutely no customer service or ways to remedy the situation. So essentially we just threw $200 away and now have a pile of trash sitting in the driveway. Excellent.
