They lost one of my dogs first day because of faulty gate. Claimed they have fixed the issue since than, they made almost no effort to find the dog cause they claim they have a life to and it wasn't there dog to look for. Wouldent make contact to or back about the situation while I was gone out of state till I came home 10 days later to look and find my dog wich was close by. Dog was very underweight and covered in ticks. They showed no care. While they had my second dog, they would not realase the feeding schedule of the dog when I ask for it cause that one to lost weight. Overall it's owned by a women who looks at dollar signs only. Not the well being of the animals. If you don't care about your animals this is the place for you!

Great place, great people. My dog loves it there and gets so excited when we pull in. The staff are so good with him even though he is a little dog with a big dog attitude.

I called this place two weeks ago, trying to get one of my dogs in to be groomed. Tried to leave a message for one of the groomers, but their mailbox was full. Left a message on the business line, asked them to pass the message along and have her call me. Never heard back. Found a different place to go. Not sure how well their service is... But I'm highly disappointed they can't even return a phone call.

We are 'snowbirds' and finding a groomer for our 2 yr old Havanese has been a challenge. K9 is near my daughter's home and was highly recommended by a friend. I phoned for an appt and was booked within a few days. My pup has a little anxiety with new people, they were very understanding. When I picked him up, he was glad to see me but didn't seem stressed at all. I loved the cut, they did a great job. I was very pleased with the whole 'first time' experience!
