I arrived early with no issues. Car was seen quickly. They found an issue with the transmission fluid needing replacing and the text notification made it easy enough to amend the service to include that along with the estimate should it have been too steep and I needed to decline. I was in and out in under an hour and they even washed the car. As always, McGovern Honda took great care of me. Would highly recommend!

The experience was great! I was greeted by a staff member who checked in my car for service. The service was done in a timely manner. The technician explained the results of my multi point inspection in detail to ensure I understood each aspect and that my vehicle would be in good shape for safe driving. He even went above and beyond and gave me advice on a cosmetic repair that I was seeking advice on. Friendly and wonderful service from start to finish!

McGovern Honda provided a great experience! I was able to check in to my appointment with no issues. Shout out to Ryan Foley, who was professional and is very knowledgeable about services and products. After they checked my car in, they sent me a text with the recommended services and prices. I was able to make changes, in real time, about the services I wanted. I was able to work comfortably in the waiting area, where they provided coffee and water for free. The area is equipped with plugins for your electronic devices. I left feeling safer in my car and not to mention a cleaner car since they also provide a complementary exterior car wash. Definitely, would recommend to a friend or family member.

Been coming to Honda for years now! Nothing better than a reliable Honda car and the service the sales department gives. They are so friendly and so informative of your options. Jay was able to assist me and showed great customer service. He was pleasant and so patient in explaining my options and work hard to find me a great deal. He was a pleasure to work with. That's what I thought,but the con man went on about new cars being 70 pct electrical & scared me into buying so for$2500 I,d be worry. Free After canceling I bought at Cambridge & paid $1500 for same Allstate warranty
