Just okay...... Food was pretty good but the team was non attentive nor were they knowledgeable or helpful considering I haven't been to a KFC in years.

Food was good as usual the only thing I didn't like was you couldn't switch side dishes like mashed potatoes for say french fries or something else

We buy items there quite often , and last night bought a 12 piece bucket. It was the WORST chicken ever. My husband picked up a thigh piece and held it up and the oil started dripping out of it. Shame on you for serving food like this.Hire a new cook.

Always messing my food up! This is supposed to be a Nashville famous bowl and it’s not even 50% full!! Kfc will mess your food up or forget items! If you order check all items before departure. Absolutely depressing as it used to be such a great company!
