Purchased my Jeep brand new in 2020. Had a wonderful buying experience with Sherman. He was excellent. In the last few months i have had issues with the Jeep, steering wheel, battery issue, steering stabilizer etc. Cliff in the service department has been fantastic. He is so helpful and always so polite. They were able to get me a rental each time i came in and everything was handled so professionally. I would definitely buy another Jeep from them in the future.

Came from Connecticut because this dealership had so much inventory compared to what was available in Connecticut. Plus the prices were $5000 to $7000 less for the same exact vehicles and options. The salesman we worked with was top-notch and absolutely a pleasure to work with. The vehicle was completely detailed and ready to go by the time we finished with the paperwork. The service department, sales department, and the finance department were all awesome to deal with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a great team!

LOVE Elmwood Dodge! Jay the owner is always professional and extremely nice! He listens to the customers needs and delivers!!! Matt the sales rep was very knowledgeable, he kept me updated as my Jeep was being built. Upon delivery Matt made sure I knew how to operate everything inside the Jeep and he always returned phone calls quickly. This establishment, and all their employees are one classy outfit! Call service Monday morning. Did you buy it at Elmwood? Or any jeep dealer. Probably out of warranty 3yr 36mi.

Yeah I had a big problem there I bought a truck there that shouldn't have been sold I had to check it out myself and bring it back and I had to go there five times and they still didn't put the stick around at the right time and I drove around with an unregistered truck my plates expired and I drove on them for 3 days I was in a happy camper

I've had no problem with them dealing with them when my car need to be fixed it got fixed .
