Shaun assured us that at any time during the purchase process ( since we were purchasing from a photo) that when the actual car arrived we would not be obligated to buy that vehicle. My husband and I talk all the time about how this was out best dealership experience ever. We worked with Josh, who was amazing! Josh was super helpful and nice. He didn't make us feel rushed, and we left feeling like we got a great deal, unlike any other dealership experience. A few months after we had some minor issues with the truck we purchased. We called Josh and he was able to help us out. Everything was fixed in a matter of days. We did have some dealings with the Wakefield dealership and they were not so great. They kept telling us that we did not have a warranty on the truck, despite showing them our warranty. They even told us, no, you didn't buy a truck from Paul Masse. They then tried charging us $800.00 for a job that was free under our warranty. Luckily, the East Providence dealership called them and cleared it up for us. Highly recommend!

Hello Raymond. Chevrolet is switching out the battery packs on every single bolt ever built. It's a slow process, but they are making their way through them successfully. We are ourselves involved in this process through our service department on customers' vehicles. We have a few new Bolt EVs incoming that may be reserved and a number of EUV's as well. Are you interested in speaking with someone who could assist you further, Raymond?
Plastic screens are used and face masks are required. I felt very safe the entire process.
Actually no they don't have a body shop on the premises but they do have a company that does their body work
