The staff if friendly but i canceled my membership MONTHS ago and im still getting told if i dont pay the 93 dollars they are sending it to collections. Awful gym i wish i never signed up. I had a month to month contract i signed up for and now im being told i need to show proof of injury or sickness to cancel, what an awuful service man.

Forced To Give A Star, I Come In Today And Was Turned Away( Even After Getting A Free Day Pass) Was Told To Pay Ten Dollars For The Day Or Join. SMH! Unreal That The Systems Would Send Me A Pass, Just To Get Here And Be Turned Away. Plus The Only Way That Was Being Pushed Was To Join/Pay ( Not A Good Deal ) I Wouldn't Suggest Coming Here. They're Not Even Understanding.

I went to WOW for my evaluation today and Ira, Sarah and Ariel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Gave a full tour and explained was everything in detail. Look forward to getting to work!

Hello Jarrid, You can be 14 years of age to obtain a membership however a parent would need to co-sign the agreement and fill our a parent waiver form. Hi, Latoya. It's easy to cancel. You just need to go to your home club and fill out a cancellation form, and then submit a notice to ABC Financial Company (which handles your monthly autodraft), and you'll be all set!
Idk but planet fitness is awesome 1$ sign up fee and you don't have to pay your first month till following month
