If you're in no hurry to get something fixed go ahead and go there. We finally went and picked up the 4 wheeler that we had left to get fixed. We didn't find them very personable, there was only one girl I talked with that was very nice about the situation. We were planning on buying some equipment but won't go there now.

My parents and I have been buying from all around power for atleast 10-15 years now. Awesome place awesome staff, never had a machine from there I didn't like! Would highly recommend checking them out!

Bought a 2020 4 wheeler from them 22 weeks ago. 7 weeks in it blew a belt. They had it fir 3 weeks before we got it back. 2 weeks after getting it back it blew a belt again. We brought it right back....it is now into week 11 and they still have it. Our brand new 4 wheeler has been in their shop for 14 out of 22 weeks of this riding season so far. The customer service department has not called us once to keep us informed over all these weeks. We have had to call them. A part was supposed to be in on 9/11, we called on 9/21 expecting to hear it was finally done. Instead we were told the part was on backorder but the manufacturer agreed to ship an assembly rather than just a bearing. On 9/21 I called and asked to speak to the owner. He was out and I left a msg requesting a call back and explaining we were very unhappy with the customer service. Its 9/24 and we still have not heard back from the owner.....apparently customer service isnt his thing either! No wonder it operates the way it does. Extremely disappointing. Will never purchase from them again.
