I had been in the local stores several times over the last month looking the right phone, Milinda was very helpful and talked with me, when I finally decided what I was getting Milinda was there again, patient with my questions, and did everything in a very timely manner and was extremely great sales women ! When I went back to pick up my phone ( I had to order it ) I witnessed something not so professional! Milinda was doing my transaction and her manager came out and was down right RUDE! He was very disrespectful to her and the questions she asked him, I was like wow ! Kudos to Milinda for not getting upset, not yelling, not being disrespectful. She did an amazing job holding herself together... she deserves 5 starts

I really appreciate the excellent customer service. First, when I phoned, the Verizon representative was courteous and guided me. Next, the in store service, provided by Verizon Rep Millinda, was efficient and personalized. I left the store knowing I could reach back to her, or any representative, at this St Johnsbury Verizon store. My phone was working and I was able to purchase protective case and screen protector! Millinda knee what I needed, knew specifically what her branch had for my phone, and advised, but did not pressure, me. Kathy Faulkner

Helpful and fairly knowledgeable staff. I did my own research and so knew a bit more about the GPS smart watch I inquired about. I ended up buying and ultimately returning said watch in favor of a better fit choice for my needs. Has some stocking issues, but can order and you can pick up within fair time. Time frame is pretty great for an out of the way locale.
