Very nice people. Needed a quick fix on a blinker and they squeezed me in.

Friendly enough staff, bought a car from them last year, have had issues with it sporadically ever since. Called within two weeks of purchase and was giving guff about causes of issue, that clearly pre existed. Leaking strut, differential leak, etc. Was in a tight spot, so bought it under the known issue of having to replace the rear brakes, but ultimately that ended up being the least of my problems. Their towing service may be fine, but certainly wouldn't recommend buying a car from them, lipstick on a pig situation. Wouldn't leave a review, if it wasn't a problem months later.

I wish i could give minus 10 stars to this place. Took my truck in because my oil pressure gage was dropping and my check engine light was on. I mentioned that i had the whole thing replaced this summer by a different garage but they were way busy and could not take me for weeks and i could not drive my truck with an oil gage pressure issue and he was able to take my truck in the next Wednesday so i dropped off my truck and they said they'd call me end of day. i never heard anything the next day so i left it one ore day. When i talked to them they had asked me to drop off the slip from the work that had been done this summer so they could see that there was no issue with it. When i picked up my truck they had doe EXACTLY the same thing that was done in the summer and charged me the exact same amount. My husband used the truck to go to work at 3 am the next day only to find that the oil pressure gage was still low, he assumed that maybe we needed an oil change (even though you'd think that when you leave a garage for oil pressure issues they would call and tell you you need an oil change before sending the truck back with you) So after work my husband went to an oil change place and within seconds of pulling in they go "hey you know you have a leak?" and there was NO oil in the engine NONE we could have permanently ruined our truck. When contacted the comment i received was "well you can bring you car in and we'll take a look at the supposed leak this whatever oil place is saying you have" are you serious??? supposedly?? there is no oil in my truck they then claimed they checked the oil level. Had they checked EVERYTHING and not just replaced what i told them my truck would be fine. HIs answer was "If i caused the problem i will fix it but if i didn;t then i won't" well NO you didn't cause the leak but you sure as hell did not fix it EITHER and then you argue with me. 2 things happened, either you didn't do a full diagnostic of the issue or you didn;t check the oil level before i took my truck back. actually Both happened. This was not my first bad experience but it will be my last.

I am new to the area and I experienced a new noise while driving my car so I googled auto mechanics in my area and I read the star rating and I gave it a shot. They were very polite and got me in the next day. I dropped it off and left it there for a few hours so they could see what was going on. I had a hunch that it could be a wheel bearing or something rubbing in the wheel well. They spend 3 hours on it allegedly. When I came to pick it up, they had told me all my bearings are fine but that my emergency brake was stuck. Okay. I got into my vehicle and saw my emergency brake in the box. I went back in to see if they had replaced it, and they did not. So now not only is my emergency brake not working, I don’t have one at all. Alright, whatever at that point. Saturday, I was driving to work when I heard this horrible banging noise along with metal on metal screeching following a loud snap. I drove into a parking spot where I let it sit for 2 days and fully had the intention on getting a tow truck to bring it to scrap. I had a friend come by today to take a peak and low and behold, 4 of my lug nuts were loose, one was missing! Although scooters was very timely and very friendly, I’m so angry that the person who worked on my vehicle didn’t have the attention to detail enough to tighten my lug nuts. I drive a child in my car. I’m very disappointed. Worst $120 I’ve spent on my car.
