I was treated very poorly. Stood at my car for probably 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my existence. I finally initiated the conversation and asked for an inspection. With no eye contact or acknowledgement still the rep said “No Inspections” … and waited for me to leave. I asked for further clarification and all he said is the inspector is sick. No apology, no possible solution, no care at all. Left a really bad taste in my mouth as I mostly just wanted to be treated with a basic level of respect and service and oddly enough I was told my two other separate car service places that their inspectors were sick that day as well … the whole interaction felt off.

I will never use this Jiffy Lube again! 1. The staff acts like a bunch of children, the employee the dove my car into the bay did so extremely fast and slammed on the brakes just before reaching his co worker. I do not appreciate my car being treated poorly. 2 The light bulb above my license plate needed to be replaced, they informed my that it was $6, at check out they added $24.99 for labor. It took 3 mins to replace. That is a labor charge of $499.80 per HR. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?

I had my oil changed, supposedly, on May 20, 2022. On May 27, 2022 I got in my car to go out of town and a red lightening bolt appears on my dash. I had not gotten far so I turned around and took it home and luckily had another car to take me to my destination. Upon my return, May 31, 2022, I slowly drove it to my mechanic . Today he informed me the “problem” was low oil and because the oil was so dirty, he changed the oil instead of just adding more. When I told him I had just had it at Jiffy Lube on May 20 and paid 98.00 for an oil change and filter, he said there is no way the oil was changed. I have been going there for decades. The customer service has slowly declined but I felt the service had not. Needless to say, I will be visiting Jiffy Lube one more time and it won’t be for an oil change!

Employees are nice and helpful. Ensured that my vehicle was completed to the best expectations. Full synthetic price is up there but it is worth being able to go about 6 months till another change.
