I don't even give them one star. They lied about delivery lied about who had to pick it up. The manager is very rude hung up on me because I raised my voice. She said she didn't need my business that I was not allowed to have the washer and dryer that I put a down payment on and a signed contract that I am leasing the washer and dryer. And now they won't answer my phone calls! Don't deal with Aaron's go to rent a center

I'm not quite sure what the problem is I did get mine out of the dubois store and they were there I believe the very next day and installed it in everything and the one time I thought I was having a problem with it I called them as soon as the store open and they showed up that afternoon
Sorry the guys can't take your old furniture due to insurance purposes. If they were to get hurt moving your furniture they would not be covered. The good news is the delivery and setup is free!
