Had a wiper blade break while I was in town, so I popped in to get a replacement. With the horrible day I was having, it was nice to be greeted by one of your staff and shown where the blades were so I didn't have to search around the store. Already knew the one I needed, so we didn't have to look up the information. Deidre was incredibly helpful, and I'll be sure to return to this location, even if it's a couple minutes out of the way.

Terrible service, went to get a refund on parts cause they messed up everything and got greeted by 2 idiots one of them the manager and we were there to meet the higher up manager but they refused to get her for us absolutely rudest place of business for autozone lost my confidence in this store will be using cap and o reilys from now on do not recommend this location, autozones have gone down the drain

An incredibly terrible experience. Employee by the name of Deirdra she doesn’t not need to be in customer service don’t understand why she still has a job every time I’ve gone in I’ve been greeted with her nasty attitude always standing around on her phone well other staff help customers.I needed one headlight, not a pair. I knew the headlight number I needed and I asked for assistance in how to tell which color I needed to match what I had already. The employee was incredibly rude. Told me it wasn't hard to figure out and to just go look at my car. The whole point of going to an auto parts store instead of shopping online is to get assistance. My child even commented on how incredibly rude and mean the person was. I was frustrated with the lack of help and how mean she was and left in tears. Don't waste your time at this store. Horrible, unempathetic employees.

The price would be off the wall at a dealer. Advance Auto in Seabrook will find the parts you need young kid with a heavy beard will find it
