I contacted servepro in Palatka for a carpet cleaning. I spoke with the woman on the phone. I scheduled my appointment. I said the house is empty. I told her my closing date and when I wanted it done. I paid in advance gave the key to the lady in the front office. They took approximately 24 minutes to clean 5 rooms. I called because carpet was still dirty, looked just how it looked before they came out to clean it. When I called to ask did they clean it. I was told oh I didn’t know the house was empty it would’ve been more than $130.00. So basically they only spot clean. It was $100 for 4 rooms and the extra room was $30 more. Spot’s are still in my rug I don’t believe they cleaned anything. Never will I use this company again.
