Bought a new Yamaha JetBlaster there 2 weeks ago. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the great staff. My sales person was Audra, and she really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop, answer my questions, and make sure I was totally happy with the experience. I ordered way back in August of last year, and along the waiting time she and I kept in touch. I had some specifics I needed around the trailer, and she made sure that my requirements were met. The sales process itself was easy, simple, and quick. The finance team was great too in getting me setup with a local credit union for a small loan. I also worked with parts to get all the things I needed like a cover, bumpers, and other things that are needed to use the PWC. Super happy with the experience, and would recommend all of them without reservation. Great job, I'll definitely be a repeat customer! -Fred

It was okay staff was decent not much of a selection and then when I was talking to one of the sales people another employee walked up and started a conversation which took about 10-15 minutes but I found that to be frankly quite rude and disrespectful if I am a customer looking to possibly purchase an item I believe the dedication to the customer is far more important than a question from another employee I believe that other employees should have waited until our discussion was done unless it was an emergency which by the way it was not they get paid to be there all day long and they're paid depends on our purchasing their product customer should always come first and your business discussions should take place after the customer's business is completed for that reason I will not do business with them if me being there was not important enough to them they do not need my business

Great buying experience at Plaistow Powersports. I was looking for a specific Polaris sled to access my remote camp in winter as well as ice fishing and some trail riding. I ordered the sled from Mike in the spring and it arrived in September. The parts department was great and ordered the extras I was looking for and the service department had everything installed when I was ready to pick it up. Great place to do business!

This review is for two experiences. If you are trying to buy a Polaris that is not in stock yet, this is the place to order it. The machines they have ordered are on the Polaris website. Mike went out of his way to contact me and keep me informed. I live well over an hour away mind you. It's important. With that in mind, I had to come in for some minor warranty work. I explained this to Joe and he was understanding. The guys took care of me and I was in and out in a couple hours. Polaris picked up the tab. Overall great experiences and communication was excellent
