We went to see Scream in the Dolby Theater. It was clean including the restrooms. The chairs didn't work (G12-G14) so we couldn't recline. They have a good selection of snacks. You can also order them ahead of time.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS BAD!! Simple! This theater sold the seats more than once, a couple of ppl including us experienced this issue, many of us had to wander around looking for empty seats because they were assigned to multiple ppl, and the person at the theater couldn't do anything, SHAME!! This was the most horrible movie theater I've been to , the soda's machine were also not working, only 1 for the whole theater and the line was bigger than the one for the concessions lol.. don't think I'd like to go back to this AMC.

This is the AMC I dislike the most!!!!! It’s a great and huge location but the staff just sucks!!!!!! I really wish they provided better customer service but just NO… the popcorn is always cold in this one location, I don’t get why… the team members are super slow, they also don’t honor the A-List and Premier statuses, there’s the line for A-List and Premier but they always leave us for last, so it’s just better to join the regular line. The restrooms in this location are so dirty, it’s just a horrible location in general. I’ve come to this theater a few times because it’s the most convenient to me but every time we visit, there’s always something that makes us not wanting to go back, then we decide giving it a chance because of the convenience and end up not wanting to go back again… Last time we visited was last Friday and the experience was sooo bad… multiple people shared the same seats, our seats were sold twice and like 4 other parties had the same issue. A family of five also had our seats. We purchased our seats through the Amc app, they had purchased theirs through fandango and for some reason we purchased the same tickets for the same movie. When we tried to talk to the “ticketer” he sent us to someone else, that person didn’t do much to solve the issue, I talked to the lady and since they were five and we were only three I told her we could move to another seats with no issue. We found three seats at another line and a drunk guy sat next to us, unfortunately we couldn’t watch the movie like we were supposed to. The guy was drinking alcohol in the theater and the smell of it was so strong it bothered us, then the guy kept moving my seat up and down with his hands, and he kept talking through the entire movie. It was so disappointing, when we tried to go talk to someone the ticket guy acted like nothing happened and had me go back to my seats because we were already moved. It was just another horrible experience at a horrible theater.

Free parking. Big movie theater. Went to see The Batman which was very good. The theater lobby is cry nice though theater 7 is very big but for me as an IMAX theater could be more comfortable in terms of the seats. Other than that it's a nice place to go to the movies.
